Our team is in Sanur. We visit the venues, meet the vendors in person, and sit in the meetings. A planner running Bali from another timezone is relying on the same emails you would be sending yourself.

Common questions
Do you only plan large weddings?+
Not at all. We plan everything from two-person elopements to full celebrations with hundreds of guests. Most of our weddings are intimate, between 20 and 60 guests.
Can we use our own photographer or vendors?+
Yes. We have vendors we trust and recommend, but if you want to bring your own, we coordinate them into the plan. It is your wedding.
How far ahead should we start?+
Twelve to eighteen months for a full wedding with guests, and six is workable for something small. The reason is not the planning itself, it is that the best venues and photographers in Bali are booked a year out for dry-season dates, and your guests need to book flights.
Do you charge a percentage of our budget?+
No. Our fee is based on the scale and length of the planning, which means we have no financial reason to talk you into spending more. Planners paid on percentage do, and it is worth asking anyone you speak to how they are paid.
Can you help if we have already booked a venue?+
Yes, and it happens often. We pick up from wherever you are, review what has been signed, tell you honestly what looks good and what does not, and take over from there. If the wedding is close and everything is booked, day-of coordination may be all you actually need.
