Styling is what makes a wedding look like one thing rather than a set of separate bookings. The aisle, the tables, the lighting, the signs, and the corners nobody thinks about should all read as the same idea.

How we work

We start from your venue, not from a mood board. The space you have booked has its own colours, its own background, and its own light at six in the evening, and a concept that ignores all three will fight it for the whole day.

From there we build one design and carry it through: ceremony setup, tablescape, lighting plan, signage, and the small details at the bar and the entrance. You see it drawn and costed before anything is ordered.

What is actually in a styling budget

Florals sit alongside this and often make up the largest share, which is why we plan the floral design as part of the same look rather than as a separate order.

Building for the climate

Bali weather is part of the brief. Candles need protecting from the wind, paper wilts in the humidity, and anything tall on a beach needs weighting. We design for that from the start instead of improvising on the day.

The changeover

The half hour between the ceremony and dinner is the hardest working part of a styling job. Chairs move, the ceremony area becomes something else, and the aisle florals go onto the tables. Our crew does the build, the changeover, and the pack-down, so nothing is half-finished when your guests walk in.

At a villa or any blank site, most of what you see arrives on a truck, which is handled together with the event rentals. The villa wedding page explains how much of the day that covers.

Ideal for

Couples who want one clear, cohesive look carried through the whole day, not a bolted-together mix.

What's included

Ceremony design

Backdrops, arches, and aisles that frame your vows and suit the setting.

Reception styling

Tablescapes, linens, place settings, and a layout that flows for dinner and dancing.

Lighting & atmosphere

Candles, festoon, and lighting design that turns the evening warm as the sun drops.

A cohesive palette

One clear look carried through every surface, so nothing feels bolted on.

How we work

1

Mood & palette

We agree a direction and a palette that works with your venue and season.

2

Design & sourcing

We design each area and source the pieces, florals, and lighting to build it.

3

Setup on the day

Our team installs everything and clears it away, so you never touch a thing.

Why couples choose us

One look, carried all the way through

Ceremony, tables, lighting, signage, and the corners nobody plans. We design them together so the reception reads as a continuation of the aisle.

Designed for your venue, not a mood board

We style to the space you booked: its colours, its light at six, what sits in the background. A concept that ignores the venue fights it all evening.

Built and struck by our own crew

Setup, the changeover between ceremony and dinner, and the pack-down at midnight. One team sees it through, so nothing is half-finished when guests arrive.

Estimated cost

IDR 27,000,000 - 144,000,000
USD 1,500 - 8,000

Florals and rentals move this range most, then lighting. Arches and hanging installations carry rigging labour as well as materials, and we separate the two so you can see what you are paying for. Put a number against your own day in the price simulator.

Good to know

Common questions

Do you style to the venue?+

Always. A clifftop at Uluwatu wants clean lines that let the ocean speak; a garden in the highlands wants texture and greenery. We start from where you are marrying.

Is florals included in styling?+

Styling and florals work hand in hand. We often handle both, but we can also design the styling around a florist you have chosen.

Do we need a stylist if the venue has its own decor?+

Sometimes not, and we will say so. Some resorts include a standard ceremony setup that is perfectly good. What venue packages rarely do is carry one idea across the aisle, the tables, the lighting, and the signage, which is where a stylist earns the fee.

Can you work from a mood board we already have?+

Yes, and it is the best place to start. What we then do is test it against your actual venue: its colours, the light at six, and what sits in the background. A concept built for a European barn fights a Balinese lawn, and it is better to find that out on paper.

What happens between the ceremony and the reception?+

A changeover, and it is the busiest half hour of the day. Chairs move, the aisle becomes a dance floor, candles get lit, and the ceremony florals are usually repurposed onto the tables. We plan it as a timed operation and keep your guests somewhere with a drink while it happens.
