You have chosen the venue, booked the caterer, argued about the playlist, and built a plan you are proud of. What you should not be doing is running it yourself while wearing the dress.
What we take over
A month out, we take the whole thing off you. We read every contract, call every supplier, confirm what each one believes they are delivering and when, and turn all of it into a single run sheet that everybody works from.
From that point our number replaces yours. If the florist is stuck in Canggu traffic or the band cannot find the service gate, you do not hear about it.
What the day looks like
We are on site from the first delivery to the last truck out. That means the setup, the changeover between ceremony and dinner, cueing the speeches and the music, keeping the timeline honest, and handling the small failures that happen at every wedding and that nobody notices when someone catches them early.
Your family stops asking you where the shuttle is, because there is somebody else to ask, in English and in Indonesian.
What we will not do
Redecide your wedding. You planned it, and our job is to run it the way you intended. We will flag a problem when we can see one coming, and beyond that we keep our opinions to ourselves.
Is this the right service for you?

What's the difference from full planning?+
With full planning we build the whole wedding with you over months. Day-of coordination is for couples who have already planned it and just need a professional team to run it flawlessly on the day.
Is one coordinator enough?+
For most weddings we bring a small team, scaled to your guest count and how many vendors need managing.
When does day-of coordination actually start?+
Book us as early as you can to hold the date, but the work itself begins about a month before the wedding rather than on the morning. That is when we read every contract you have signed, call each supplier to confirm what they think they are delivering, and build the run sheet. Coordination that genuinely starts on the day is just an extra pair of hands.
What if we have not booked everything yet?+
Then this is probably the wrong service. Day-of coordination assumes the venue, the caterer, and the main suppliers are locked in. If you are still choosing, partial or full planning will serve you better and usually costs less than fixing decisions late.
Is it enough on its own for a Bali wedding?+
For a couple who has planned carefully and booked good suppliers, yes. For a couple planning from abroad who has never met a vendor, probably not. The gap in a Bali wedding is rarely the run sheet, it is the local knowledge behind the bookings, and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
