Why marry in Ubud
Ubud is for couples who want intimacy and nature over sand and sunset. Ceremonies sit among rice terraces or over river valleys, the air is noticeably cooler than the coast, and there is a genuine sense of place, with Balinese ceremony and craft all around you. It is ideal for smaller, meaningful celebrations.

Good to know
Ubud is about 90 minutes from the airport and inland, so we usually keep the whole wedding, guests included, in the area for a night or two. Afternoon showers are more common here than on the coast, even in the dry season, so every plan we make includes a beautiful covered option.
