Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Yoan. I started Wedding Bali because I love this island, and I love watching two people say yes on it. I grew tired of seeing couples plan the biggest day of their lives from the other side of the world, guessing at venues from a screen and hoping it would all come together.
So I built the kind of agency I would want in their shoes: close to the ground in Sanur, honest about what works, and involved in every detail from the first message to the last song. When you work with us, you work with me and my team, not a faceless inbox.
We started Wedding Bali in 2025 for a simple reason: too many couples were trying to plan the most important day of their lives from thousands of kilometres away, guessing at venues from photos and hoping vendors would turn up. We knew the island, we knew the people, and we knew we could take that weight off their shoulders.
Since then we have planned more than fifty celebrations, from two people eloping on a clifftop in Uluwatu to full three-day weddings with a big guest list. We stay close to the vendors, venues, and quiet corners of the island that make each wedding feel like Bali and not a template.
What you get
We take on only a handful of celebrations at a time, so yours gets real attention rather than a slot on a conveyor belt. You always deal with us, not a call centre.

We tell you when something will not work, or when there is a simpler, better way. On the day itself we are there, running the hundred small things so you never have to.
We are a full-service agency, which means we handle everything: the venue, the paperwork, the florals, the food, the music, and the hundred small decisions in between. Most of what we do is invisible on the day, and that is the point. When it all runs smoothly, you get to be fully present: a guest at your own wedding, surrounded by the people you love, in a place you will never forget.
