The team behind your Bali wedding

We started Wedding Bali in 2017 for a simple reason: too many couples were trying to plan the most important day of their lives from thousands of kilometres away, guessing at venues from photos and hoping vendors would turn up. We knew the island, we knew the people, and we knew we could take that weight off their shoulders.

Since then we have planned more than 500 celebrations, from two people eloping on a clifftop in Uluwatu to full three-day weddings with hundreds of guests. We are based in Sanur, which keeps us close to the vendors, venues, and quiet corners of the island that make each wedding feel like Bali and not a template.

How we work

We are a full-service agency, which means we handle everything: the venue, the paperwork, the florals, the food, the music, and the hundred small decisions in between. But we are not a factory. We take on a limited number of weddings so that yours gets our attention, and we tell you honestly when something will not work, or when there is a better, simpler way.

Most of what we do is invisible on the day, and that is the point. When it all runs smoothly, you get to be fully present: a guest at your own wedding, surrounded by the people you love, in a place you will never forget.
