For the ceremony the resort works its gardens, and the deck aisle in the forest is where its own wedding photographs come from. Samiya Restaurant handles all-day dining with the valley view, and 8LEMENTS Spa runs treatment rooms for the morning before.

An outdoor ceremony with the fallback next door
The garden ceremony runs on a timber deck aisle cut into the rainforest, which is where the resort's own wedding photographs come from. A few minutes away, under a roof, sit the ballrooms. In highlands that make their own weather, having both on one property is the difference between a plan and a gamble.
Half the drive of Munduk
Baturiti is on the climb from Tabanan up to Bedugul, about 56 km from the airport and around an hour and a half to two hours depending on the run through Tabanan. Mount Batukaru, Mount Adeng and Mount Pohen sit on the skyline from the balconies, the Bali Botanic Garden is about 7 km away, and the Jatiluwih rice terraces are a short drive west for portraits. Guests get all of that without the three-hour transfer to the far north.

Roughly an hour and a half to two hours for about 56 km, most of it slow through Tabanan. That is the shortest transfer of any proper highland venue, which matters when you are moving 100 or more guests. Even so we would block rooms on site for anyone travelling far.
