Villa & blank-canvas venues

At a resort, most of what a wedding needs is already on site. At a villa, a beach, or a rice field, none of it is. Rentals are how an empty space becomes somewhere sixty people can sit down and eat.

What comes in

Why we consolidate the order

Chairs from one supplier and glassware from another is how things arrive mismatched, late, or short. We place it as a single order with suppliers we work with regularly, take delivery ourselves, and carry the responsibility if something is wrong. One contact, one delivery window, one person to chase.

Counting properly

Rental shortfalls are the most avoidable failure at a villa wedding, and they happen because someone ordered against the invite list rather than the final number, with no spares. We count against your confirmed count and add the margin for breakages and the guests who bring someone.

Access, checked in advance

Villa lanes in Canggu and Seminyak are narrow, gates are often lower than a delivery truck, and plenty of beautiful properties are reached down a path rather than a road. We measure the access before the load is booked, because a marquee that cannot get through the gate is a problem with no solution at four in the afternoon.

How it fits with the rest

Rentals, styling, and catering are one job as far as your day is concerned, and we plan them together so the furniture matches the design and the kitchen has what the chef asked for. The villa wedding page covers what taking over a private property really involves.

Ideal for

Villa and blank-canvas weddings where everything, from chairs to lighting, has to be brought in and matched.

Why couples choose us

One order, one delivery, one contact

Chairs from one supplier and glassware from another is how things turn up mismatched, or not at all. We consolidate the order and carry responsibility for the whole load.

Counted against the real guest list

Rental shortfalls are the most avoidable problem at a villa wedding. We count for your final number plus the spares nobody remembers to order.

Access checked before the truck leaves

Narrow villa lanes, steps, and gates a six-metre tent will not pass. We measure it in advance rather than at the delivery.

Estimated cost

IDR 18,000,000 - 90,000,000
USD 1,000 - 5,000

This range assumes a blank-canvas venue where everything comes in. Tents and flooring are the big-ticket items; furniture and tableware scale straight off your guest count. Put a number against your own day in the price simulator.

Good to know

Common questions

Why rent through a planner?+

Renting from five suppliers means five deliveries and five things that can go wrong. We handle it as one job, so everything arrives on time and matches.

What does a villa actually not have?+

More than couples expect. No seating for sixty, no dining tables, no commercial kitchen, no dance floor, no event lighting, no sound, and usually not enough bathrooms. A villa gives you a beautiful setting and four walls. Everything that makes it a wedding arrives on a truck.

Do you deliver outside the south?+

Yes, and it costs more. Tabanan, the east coast, and the highlands all carry transport charges, and the islands carry a boat as well. We quote the travel as its own line so you can see exactly what the location is adding rather than finding it buried in a total.

What happens if it rains and we need cover at short notice?+

That is why the wet-weather plan is built in advance rather than improvised. For an outdoor wedding in the wet season we hold a tent or a covered alternative from the start. Sourcing a marquee on the afternoon of a Bali wedding is not realistic, and nobody should be relying on it.

How late can we change the guest count?+

About two weeks out for standard items, and earlier for anything made to order or shipped from outside Bali. We always order spares, so a handful of late additions is not a problem. Forty extra guests in the final fortnight is.
