Batu Karang sits on the coral hillside above Jungut Batu beach, 30 minutes by fast boat from Sanur. It is the most complete wedding property on Nusa Lembongan: 31 rooms across nine categories, three pools, a spa, four places to eat and drink, and a purpose-built event space at the top of the hill.
That space is The Lawn. Fully grassed, private, with an uninterrupted 180 degree view over the bay and across the strait to Mount Agung. Ceremonies happen there in the late afternoon, and receptions either stay on the grass or move down to the pool terrace at Muntigs. The resort hosts up to 85 for a reception and sleeps up to 48, so a wedding here is naturally an intimate one that runs across two or three days rather than a single evening. Packages are built around a minimum room block: smaller groups take 12 to 20 rooms over two nights, and a group of 61 to 100 takes the whole resort for three.
The resort supplies the event space, the tables and chairs, the catering and the coordination on the day, then hands the rest to a wedding planner. Florals, celebrant, photography, hair and makeup, entertainment and any styling beyond their own decorations come from Bali, which means the boat schedule sets the timeline. It sits at the very top of the resort, fully grassed, with an uninterrupted 180 degree view over the turquoise bay to Mount Agung on the mainland. It is one of the few purpose-built event spaces on the island, and it is high enough that nothing gets in the way of the view.

Where does the ceremony happen?+
On The Lawn, the grassed event space at the top of the resort, with the Badung Strait and Mount Agung behind you. The Outdoor Day Pavilion works for a smaller ceremony, and dinner usually moves down to The Lawn again or to the pool terrace at Muntigs.
How much does a wedding at Batu Karang cost?+
The resort quotes per wedding rather than publishing a venue fee, because the package bundles the event space with a minimum room block. Catering is priced per head from their own menus and the bar runs on consumption. We build you a full quote once we know your numbers and dates.
Do we need our own wedding planner?+
Yes, and the resort says so plainly in its wedding kit. Their team coordinates the schedule on the day and handles the event space, but the florals, celebrant, photography, hair and makeup and entertainment all come from outside. That is the part we run.
