How it works

1

Pick a design

Twelve templates, each built for a different kind of Bali wedding. Switch between them at any point and your details carry over.

2

Add your photos and your day

Choose how your photos sit on the page, then fill in the schedule, dress code, travel, where to stay, and how guests should reply.

3

Share one link

Copy your link and send it however you like: WhatsApp, email, or a QR code on a printed invite. Guests just open it.

What you can change

The editor is built like a proper design tool, not a form. Everything updates in a live preview as you work, on desktop and on mobile.

A

Your photos

Eight arrangements, from a single banner to two overlapping squares, a trio, or an arch. Each design treats photos its own way, so the same arrangement looks different across templates.

B

Your pages

Twelve sections including the schedule, wedding party, things to do, a gallery and FAQs. Show the ones you want, hide the rest, and put them in any order.

C

Your look

Start from a template, then change the heading and body fonts and the background, heading, text and accent colours until it feels like yours.

What goes on your wedding website

For a destination wedding, the invitation is doing more work than it would at home. Your guests are booking flights and time off, so the details they need are practical ones: the date and the venue, yes, but also what time things actually start, what to wear when it is thirty degrees, which airport to fly into, and where to stay nearby. All of that has a place in the builder.

If you are still working those answers out, our guide on planning a Bali wedding covers the order to decide things in, and the planning checklist tells you when to send save-the-dates and when to chase replies. To keep the numbers honest while you plan, use the wedding price simulator.

Your invitation stays yours

Everything you type is packed into your own link and saved in your own browser. There is no database on our side, no account, and no guest data passing through us. Replies go straight to your inbox. If you would rather hand the whole wedding over instead, that is what our planning team does for a living.

Questions couples ask

Is the wedding invitation website really free?

Yes, completely. There is no cost, no trial, no upgrade, and no card. We built it because couples planning a Bali wedding kept asking for one.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your invitation is stored in the link itself and in your own browser, so you can start building straight away.

How do guests reply to the invitation?

Replies go straight to your own inbox, or to your own form if you prefer to use one. We never see them and we store nothing on our side.

Can I edit the invitation after I share the link?

You can keep editing on the same browser, and each edit produces an updated link. Send the new link to your guests if the details change, so keep the latest one somewhere safe.

Can I put photos of us on it?

Yes. There are eight photo arrangements, including a wide banner, a full-bleed cover, two overlapping squares, a trio and an arch. Paste image links and they stay on whatever host you already use; nothing is uploaded to us.

Can I print the invitation?

Yes. Every design has a print stylesheet, so you can print it or save it as a PDF for guests who would rather have paper.

Do I have to be marrying in Bali to use it?

Not at all. The designs lean tropical because that is what we do, but the tool works for a wedding anywhere.
