Villa Bodhi Ubud
Villa Bodhi, named after the ‘tree of enlightenment’, is a beautiful and traditional abode tucked away in the peaceful Bukian Village in Payangan.
The villa sits atop a lush, emerald garden, and offers guests with a stunning view of the river valley. It is not difficult to discern that Villa Bodhi was designed by an acclaimed fashion designer, for the design of its interiors and architecture are intricate and exquisite. An interesting blend of modern and traditional design elements are used, and you will find old Javanese wood and Oriental ornaments used along with contemporary concrete flooring.
There are a total of four bedrooms in the villa, namely, Sri House, Menala House, Laba House and the master suite, Jaya House. The bedrooms are located in four individual cottages, and each cottage is decorated in a unique manner, and adorned with charming artefacts such as ornaments and hangings made of teak or wood.
Located in the center of the compound of Villa Bodhi lies the living and dining pavilion. The pavilion has an open-concept design, and contains a comfortable seating area, a games table, and a dining table that can seat ten people.
Guests who love basking in the sun outdoors will enjoy frolicking about in the swimming pool, or lounging on the sunbeds by the poolside. The views from the pool are gorgeous, so sink yourselves into the pool, and take in the scenic sights surrounding the villa.
