Situated at Amuk Bay, Villa Stella attracts guests who seek a tranquil and restful stay at Candidasa, away from the tourist hotspots located down the Southern areas of Bali.
Let’s explore the outdoor grounds of Villa Stella!
The villa occupies a land area measuring 3000 square meters. The lawn is impeccably maintained, with towering palm trees dotting across the grounds.
The garden contains amenities such as a swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as two outdoor balés. One of the balé is a dedicated massage area, allowing for guests to have a pampering treat outdoors. The second balé, airy and spacious, serves as a perfect place for dining, for you can feast on amazing views of the coast as you enjoy your meals leisurely.
Make your way to the sun loungers lining the deck by the pool, and hide under the shade of the large sun umbrellas. Reach out for an icy beverage, and you are all ready to bask in the tropical heat outdoors while enjoying the brilliant views of the clear skies and turquoise waters.
As the night draws near and the skies darken to a velvety hue, the row of little lights by the pool illuminate the deck, creating a pretty setting perfect for a dinner party.
What are the interiors of Villa Stella like?
It is difficult not to fall in love with Villa Stella upon stepping into it, for the commodious interiors, whitewashed walls and open-air verandas are a welcoming sight. The modern and traditional design elements within the villa blends seamlessly together, and you will not find the classy, white sofas to be out of place amongst the array of Asian antiques, hailing from exotic places such as Java or Sri Lanka.
Lucky guests residing within this villa will be delighted by the notion of waking up to sweeping views of the coast every morning. All three bedrooms have spacious interiors, and the timber flooring, beautiful lamps and artistic paintings that adorn the walls add a cosy vibe to the rooms.
We think that guests will find it very hard to tear themselves off the couches in the main living area. Large and comfortable, they are also situated in the perfect spot, allowing guests to take in the glorious coastal and ocean scenery surrounding the villa as they lounge on the couch.
We also found the design of the feature wall, located in between the stairways at the back of the villa to be very fascinating. A fine selection of portraits of the locals, decked in traditional attire, are hung above an Oriental ornament, adding a quirky charm to the colonial-style interiors of the villa.
What are the entertainment options available?
For guests keen on staying in…
If you are keen on water activities such as snorkelling and diving, you will be pleased to know that you can engage in these sports at the lagoon located right in front of the villa. The swimming pool, measuring twenty-five metres, provides ample space for a refreshing swim in
the heat of the mid-afternoons. Alternatively, you can also arrange for yoga instructors or massage therapists to drop by at the villa.
For guests who love venturing outdoors…
The entertainment activities are not limited to the grounds of Villa Stella. You may take a tour of the local market together with the chef, to gain an insight into the food culture and lifestyle of the local Balinese. If you enjoy taking long walks to explore the outdoors, the staff at the villa will be more than happy to arrange a visit to the local temples, or for a trek around the surrounding paddy fields.
What are the special features that Villa Stella possesses?
The villa is located right next to Villa Lucia, and both these villas can be rented individually, or together as a complex.
We think that the latter option is a convenient one for wedding couples intending to invite their friends and families to lodge in with them at the villa, for the complex can accommodate a total of fourteen people. A small door connecting the gardens of both villas allows guests within the complex to access both villas easily.
