3. Maximum No. of Guests: Is there a limit to the number of guests that the vendor will cater for?
It seems that the catering companies do not have a maximum limit to the number of guests that they are willing to provide catering services for.
However, most of these vendors do state that there will be a minimum number of guests required for certain dinner packages. Usually, the minimum number of guests required fall within the range of twenty to forty guests.
Certain companies may impose a surcharge if you engage their services, but have guests numbers that fall below their indicated minimum guest numbers.
